Jenny Watson offers yoga classes from 8pm - 9.30pm on Wednesdays. Classes are suitable for all abilities and beginners are very welcome.

Join us for a great workout at the hall on Sunday mornings led by Lorraine Bennetts.
All workouts are adaptable to ability and fitness levels and you can work at a pace that suits you. £5 per session.

Woolf Tracks Fitness came about three years ago with the aim to provide local people with the opportunity to participate in workouts but without the commitment of joining a regular gym.
I run two sessions a week:
Sundays 9.30am, Sutton Village Hall
Wednesdays 7.30pm, Wrestlingworth Memorial Hall
Sessions can vary from a circuit format to a full workout that lasts 25 to 30 minutes, 20 minute challenge and don’t forget exercise bingo! No two sessions will be exactly the same.
A message from Lorraine
Hello there, my name is Lorraine Bennetts and I am passionate about keeping healthy and being active. My chosen sport is running and obstacle course racing. I completed the Virgin London Marathon in 2017 and numerous obstacle course races including gaining a Spartan trifecta for the last two years respectively.
As a working mother of four young boys I understand that keeping fit can be hard to squeeze in but I hope by providing varied and interesting classes my clients are encouraged to return and follow their own fitness journeys.
All workouts are adaptable to ability and fitness levels and you can work at a pace that suits you. The competition is with yourself to be the best version of you, not against other people!
Whatever your fitness goal, I am happy to support. I look forward to meeting you at one of my classes.
